Ingredients
Chicken, 3 Pounds
Soy Sauce, 1/2 Cup
White Cane or Palm Vinegar, 3/4 Cup
Garlic, 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt, to taste

- 3 pounds chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup white cane or palm vinegar
- 1/2 cup garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Bring to a boil the chicken together with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and black pepper. Simmer for half an hour.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and broil or air fry in a pan for 5-10 min.
- Let the sauce in the pot boil and reduce by half. Add salt to taste.
- After chicken gets color, add back into the sauce.
- Mix and serve hot over a bowl of white rice.
